Steve Douglas CBE is the former Group CEO Aquila, the parent of Altair Housing and Regeneration Consultancy. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive of the Housing Corporation. He is also chair of Commonweal, Social Injustice Action Learning charity.
Caroline has built a wide range of experience across the private and public sector. She started her career in the City, specialising in private equity where she also served on a number of private sector boards across a range of industries. In 2007, she joined the Board of London Probation Trust (LPT) and she served as Chair of LPT from 2012 until July 2014.
Kevin is currently Chief Executive of a group of companies that restores and maintains high value buildings. He has worked as a senior commercial manager for over 20 years and been an Executive Director at a FTSE 250 company. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Richard has been leading the organisation since 2017. When he arrived, he led on the co-creation of our current corporate plan in consultation with residents and staff. To assist in our ability to deliver our corporate plan objectives and ensure staff have the right tools and resources to do an excellent job, he also initiated a modernisation programme for the organisation.
Stewart recently retired as Managing Director of Lovell Partnerships Ltd. He is a very experienced development and construction professional, having overseen a development pipeline of around 3,000 homes every year for Lovell.
Since 2016, Rommel has been Finance Director of the Bank of England, having previously worked in a number of different and varied roles in Regulatory/Government, Not for Profit and Financial Services, including JP Morgan Chase.
Wendy started her career as a clinical psychologist, before progressing into senior leadership roles within health authorities. She has worked within the health sector for her entire career and retired from her role as Chief Executive of Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (FT) in March 2016.
Paul joined One Housing in 2020 and brings a wide variety of experience gained across several sectors, including housing and private sector manufacturing businesses. He is a Chartered Accountant whose early career included professional practice, banking and corporate finance.
