If you are planning to sell your home, then you need to let us know.
If you own your home outright and want to sell it, you are free to do so. But you do need to let us know, as agreed in your lease.
If you are a shared owner and want to sell your home, you need to let us know first.

Lenders restrictions have tightened over the past year and lenders are requesting EWS1 forms for buildings both over and under 18m. If your building has been affected by cladding and requires remediation works, or if your building does not have an EWS1 form, this may affect you selling or staircasing.
