One Housing has published it’s Customer Annual Review for 2020/21 conveying our performance over the year

Chyrel Brown, Chief Operating Officer, One Housing, stated:

“Last year was a year like no other and our absolute priority was keeping our customers and staff safe through the pandemic. Even as we adapted to challenges of COVID-19, I’m proud of how One Housing has continued to focus on improving services for our customers. As we look to the future, I’m pleased that our planned partnership with the Riverside Group will allow us to do even more for residents.

“One improvement we’ve made is publishing a regular Customer Annual Review, to transparently show how we’ve performed during the year, describe the priorities that shaped our approach and lay out our ambitions for the next year. The report for 2020/21 is available now and I would urge anyone with an interest in our performance or our plans for the year ahead to read it and let us know what you think.”
