Residents at Nunhead Green are settling in their brand-new homes

We’re happy to announce that we’ve completed a development in Southwark called Nunhead Green.
Residents have been impressed with the service they’ve received from us. These are strange times we’re living in, so we were really pleased that their move was seamless.
Mr Smith, 40, was one of the first residents to move in: “I was impressed by all parties working together throughout the recent pandemic including conveyancers, mortgage brokers, banks, Site-Sales, surveyors, and One Housing. It felt great to finally get the keys. We moved from a flat, and although this is our first house, we think we will be here until we retire”.
“The quality of my One Housing home is excellent, everything is high specification, especially the technical features. Solar, fire suppression, underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation. The layout as a town house works very well for my growing family”.
Nunhead Green has delivered 14 new homes, which includes six apartments, six town houses in a terrace, and two three- bedroom homes on a small adjacent site.
The local area is a vibrant mix of independent shops and bars. It has a strong community feel and a good mixture of people from all different backgrounds. We’re so proud we’ve been able to deliver much-needed new homes in this community.
