Paying your rent

How to pay for your rent and services and what to do if you're having difficulties paying.

It’s important that you pay your rent and any service charges on time and there are lots of different ways you can do this.

Monthly Direct Debit – on any day of the month. This is the preferred method of payment as it ensures that your rent is covered regularly each month. Please complete the Direct Debit mandate and return it to your income collection officer via ask@riverside.org.uk or call 0300 123 9966 to set payments up over the phone (homeowners’ direct debits may be a requirement of the lease).

Pay over the phone using a credit or debit card on 0300 123 9966

Pay with your swipe card at any Post Office or any PayPoint outlet.
