You can access important information through our website, email newsletters (Resident Newsletter and Building Safety Newsletter) and social media platforms. We’ll also send you letters and emails when we need to share important information specifically to your block or community about the services you access.

This issue has lots of stories and updates for you including details of support available to residents concerned about the cost-of-living crisis, our new Community Fund, and new services available within your MyOneHousing account.
